Mary is passionate about this issue and this book has a lot of wisdom in it.
This book is wonderful and can be applied to people in almost any walk of life. After reading it ...I was inspired to clean out my desk and cabinets and almost broke my shredder in the process. Now I am on to my bedroom closets. An absolute must read for anyone in need of organization.
I found this book different and useful at the same time because Mary shares ideas that many college prep talks overlook, yet are vital when it comes to getting yourself set for college success. I used the FUNEL system from the book to set up my room at home even before I came to college and couldn't agree more with what she she says about your living space impacting the way you think and function.
After having Mary consult on my living and working space during one of my semesters in college, it was clear that she was well-versed in both eastern and wester approaches on feng shui. Her hybrid approach is refreshing, and is great when adapting to each person specifically. This book is very insightful on the topic, and it's rare to have such a breadth and depth of knowledge on feng shui specifically for college students.
